Before bringing us your image . . .
Open your image using your default photo editing software, such as photoshop.
Crop the image to the size that you desire to print.
Perform auto contrast and level adjustments or,
Make sure that the image is not too dark and the color looks right.
Save your image as a tiff or jpeg.
